The purchased products are sent by “Poupine srls” from Monday to Friday, by SDA courier.
Orders completed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
When ordering, it is important to enter an email address and telephone number.
The general sales conditions may be subject to periodic updates.

Shipping and delivery methods

The times for the production and shipment of the product are approximately 10/12 working days, unless the model in the color is not already present in the warehouse in the quantity requested. Please note that in the event of non-receipt of the shipment due to non-cooperation of the recipient, subsequent shipments will be entirely at the expense of the latter.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on public holidays or on weekends.

Returns policy

The conditions for change and return of goods are the following:

The purchased goods can be returned by 10 days from the delivery date.

• The shipping cost for the return or exchange of goods is in charge of the customer and only after sending an e-mail to info@poupine.it, indicating name, surname, reason for return and in case of size change indicate the new size.
• In the event of a change of goods, the goods will be returned by Poupine srls at its own expense.
• With reference to the above, the goods must not been used, worn, washed or damaged.
• The identification tag must be attached to the goods with the disposable seal.
• Returns are not possible for made-to-measure skirts.
• Size and model exchanges, or returns, are not possible for items from past collections.
