Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, Customers may:

• Use the dedicated online withdrawal function available on the Website;
• Send a request to info@poupine.it.

The request should include at least the following information:

• Order number;
• Customer’s full name;
• Email address used for the purchase;
• Product(s) to be returned;
• Reason for the return (optional).

Upon receipt of the request, Poupine Srls will send an acknowledgement of receipt and provide instructions for returning the goods.

The conditions for returns and exchanges are as follows:

• The goods must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer communicated the decision to withdraw from the contract.
• The shipping costs for returns or size exchanges are borne by the Customer.
• In the event of an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped by Poupine Srls at its own expense.
• The goods must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• The identification tag and original tamper-proof seal must still be attached to the product.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code and applicable European legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products made to measure or clearly personalized at the Customer’s request (for example, custom-made skirts).
• Any other cases expressly provided for by applicable law.

For products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, returns or refunds cannot be requested except in the case of defective or non-conforming products.
